Maintenance

This service is offered exclusively in the spring and fall, depending on availability and weather conditions.

At Muralex Climatisation, we place great importance on the maintenance of your wall-mounted heat pump. We provide a thorough cleaning of both the indoor and outdoor units, followed by rigorous testing to ensure everything is functioning properly.

A typical maintenance visit takes between 1 and 2 hours. We use biodegradable products and a specialized pressure system to ensure deep cleaning. Regular maintenance is essential to extend the lifespan of your heat pump. With consistent cleaning, it can typically last between 10 and 12 years. We recommend servicing your unit every two years, regardless of the model.

The presence of mold inside your indoor unit can cause health issues such as headaches, fatigue, irritation of the eyes, nose, and throat, as well as respiratory problems. Newborns, seniors, and individuals with respiratory conditions are the most at risk. This is why entrusting the maintenance of your heat pump to a qualified professional is essential.
